chicken caesar wrap

Chicken Caesar wraps are like a Caesar salad you can hold in your hand. They are filled with chunks of chicken bathed in tangy Caesar dressing alongside crunchy romaine lettuce. Easy to make ahead and easy to manage in any kind of weather.

Serves: 8 Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 8 wraps, 8-9" burrito size
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, cubed
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • caesar dressing:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil



caesar dressing:


In blender or food processor add mayonnaise, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Worcestershire and lemon juice. Pulse several times.


With blender running, slowly poor ¼ cup olive oil into mixture until oil emulsifies and mixture becomes creamy.


wrap filling:


In medium bowl mix chicken, cheese and ½ cup dressing.


Lay a handful of lettuce on open wrap. Spoon chicken mixture over lettuce, dividing into 8 portions.


Pull 1/3 wrap over filling and tuck sides in to enclose the filling. Roll up to hold the wrap together.


Cover wraps in parchment paper or foil to keep fresh if preparing ahead.
